For ten years I owned vineyards. In 2025 I let them go, to choose better. I focus on the cellar. My growers focus on theirs: the vineyard, the soil, the vine. With seasons growing wilder each year, that dedication makes all the difference. We build long-term partnerships: they get a committed buyer and real security, I get exceptional fruit from the best sites across regions. Great wine is about trust, craft, and the vintage, open to everyone. I love this work, and I take full responsibility: for the growers I partner with, for the land, and for every bottle that reaches my customers. Right now that's the Mosel and Rheinhessen. The map is still growing.

I started with a harvest at Stonyridge in New Zealand, then trained as a winemaker at Witwe Dr. Thanisch on the Mosel, with a season at Tenuta San Leonardo in Italy along the way. I studied marketing management before I ever touched a barrel. Organic farming from my first vintage in 2017, EU certified since 2026, low intervention from the start. My early wines were wild and uncompromising. Over the years I refined my craft to make wines that stay honest but reach further. In 2020 I founded SoLaWino, the first community-supported winery on the Mosel, featured in an Arte RE: documentary. Today I export to twelve countries across three continents. Every bottle carries my handwriting.

The Mosel is slate, steep slopes and precision. Riesling country in the truest sense, where the vineyard does most of the talking and the wine just needs to listen.
Rheinhessen is wider, warmer and more open. More grapes, more freedom, more room to experiment without losing the thread.
Two regions, two different energies. That tension is exactly what makes the range interesting.
The map doesn't stop here. New regions, new growers, new conversations. The stars point further than Mosel and Rheinhessen, and that's exactly the plan.

Yes. Organic farming since 2017, officially EU certified since 2026 (DE-OKO-039). Low intervention winemaking, no added sulfites on most wines, unfiltered.
Call it natural wine if you like, we'll get along fine. I call it low intervention: organic farming since 2017, unfiltered, and most wines without added sulfites. Honest wine with a lot of character.
Pét-Nat stands for pétillant naturel, the oldest way to make sparkling wine. The wine goes into the bottle before fermentation has finished, so the bubbles form right there. Unfiltered, a little cloudy, full of life. Try COSMONAT, THE DARK NATTER or WOLKI.
Orange wine is white wine made like a red: the juice stays on the grape skins. The Orange Space is Pinot Blanc with ten days of skin contact. That gives it the amber color, notes of dried orange peel and a fine grip.
Yes. I put together wine boxes as gifts and ship them straight to the recipient, for private occasions and as corporate gifts for companies. Tell me who you'd like to surprise.
