Only 690 bottles were produced. Handpicked and selected Pinot Noir from a 24 year old vineyard. 50% of the grapes are macerated for 24 hours. Gently pressed, spontaneously fermented and hand disgorged in June 22. Made with love while fulfilling my dream.
